Massive Grad School Projects Update

I'm in grad school now, and I've been making doing about 2 animation exercise projects a week. It feels good to exercise, and I'll be posting all of these very soon.

Fishing Failure in Progress 02

I attached the guys to the boat with this crude wire wrap job.

I wanted it to look like these old guys were sitting in a boat that was rocking gently back and forth, so I attached a wicker basket (the 'boat') to this cardboard box. I moved the box back and forth to make it look like the boat was moving.

Fishing Failure in Progress 01

I attended the Falling Lizard at UCLA last weekend. The idea was to finish an animated film over the weekend. The theme was 'failure' and I failed to finish mine over the weekend. But I did come up with these story boards for a fishing failure (based on a true story). I decided to make this a very short stop motion animation.
